  1. Will we need to appoint you as a director of the business?

    For us the term “Finance Director” is descriptive of the role we will undertake in your business. S4S has no wish to be formally appointed as a statutory director of your company

  2. What does it cost?

    According to recent salary surveys, experienced Finance Directors in the Yorkshire & Humberside region are earning basic salary packages of c.£100k which probably equates to full cost packages (i.e. incl. N.I., exec benefits etc.) nearer £150k p.a. Employers obviously believe the cost is worth it in terms of added value or else they would not be employed for long! 

    By utilising the services of S4S for as many days a week, month or year as you see fit, you will be able to benefit from our experience at a cost that you can afford.

  3. Is there a minimum time commitment?

    You will not be asked to commit to any minimum contract period. We are passionate about making a success of your business and that means that at some indeterminate point in the future, your business will require the F.D. role to be full time. When that time arrives we will help you recruit the right individual. 

  4. Where do you work from?

    In most cases we would expect to work from your premises as interaction with your management team and staff is essential to staying up to date with progress and developments in the business. However, we are happy to work from any location you wish and would certainly not insist on unnecessary office space being made available.
